5. What is the difference between a pending TuneToken deposit and a full TuneToken deposit?

When we first become aware of an eligible purchase, we will make a pending TuneToken deposit to your account. The TuneTokens will remain pending throughout the duration of the return or cancellation period at that individual online merchant, which varies from store to store. Obviously, if you make an order and then return it, you will not have earned your TuneTokens, so at the end of the waiting period, we check on the status of your transaction. If you have made any returns or cancellations, we will deduct the proper number of TuneTokens and convert the remaining amount into full TuneTokens, which are eligible to be used for redemption. The biggest difference between pending TuneTokens and full TuneTokens is that pending tokens cannot be redeemed for a reward.
