This clever hand exerciser enables you to work muscles separately or all at once. The grip is soft and comfortable regardless of hand or finger size. Ideal for arthritic hands and well suited for golfers, climbers and football players, as well as others who need strength in their hands. The Flex-Grip® has finger and thumb holes and has two distinct sides. One side features a ball to squeeze. The other side has buttons on the thumb and finger pads allowing for independent exercises. Grip is available in three resistances, each distinguishable by color: yellow Light Resistance, red Medium Resistance and Green Heavy resistance. Made from non-allergenic, latex-free polymer, the hand exerciser may be heated or cooled for therapy applications. Grip stays flexible and will not crack, leak or melt. Clean with disinfectant.
