The Flex-Grip® has finger and thumb holes and has two distinct sides. One side features a ball to squeeze. The other side has buttons on the thumb and finger pads allowing for independent exercises. Grip is available in three resistances, each distinguishable by color: yellow Light Resistance, red Medium Resistance and Green Heavy resistance.
