• Description: The Garage Center for Contemporary Culture was founded in 2007, in an abandoned Constructivist garage in Moscow, in the hope that it would become a catalyst for Russia's emerging art scene. Since opening they have held 36 exhibitions, 26 international and 10 Russian. Garage is run by a strong team with a definitive international voice, and out of an increasing abundance of ideas, Garage the magazine was born. It is a place where they bring to life projects that transcend the bricks and mortar of our physical space, and showcase ideas that we wish to share with a wider audience, beyond the limits of Russia.
